What you can do is take a bowl and add equal amount of castor and olive oil and mix them well. Apply the oil 3-4 times on your tummy, especially during pregnancy. This will help you calm your belly.

Sometimes when your skin stretches you tend to get that irritating and burning sensation. So, just rub this oil on your belly and it’s going to lock the moisture until you are reapplying on your body. If you are pregnant, apply this oil mixture from the second month of pregnancy. Rub the oil until it dissolves into your skin. Then take a shower after half an hour. This is one of the most effective home remedies for stretch marks.

At the same time, it will also block the ‘free radicals’ of your body.

Free Radicals are actually responsible for the aging process. So, it blocks the free radicals so that your skin can look more youthful and without any wrinkles. Also add 3 capsules of Vitamin A. These capsules are very easily available at all pharmacy shops. Just like vitamin E, vitamin A is amazing for your skin because it is already proven that it helps in reducing wrinkles. You can apply this mixture only if you are not pregnant and you have stretch marks. You can also apply this mixture after your pregnancy. Mix the ingredients well until sugar is fully dissolved. Apply this daily on stretch marks and massage this gel for 10-15 minutes. Take a shower and continue to apply this for 1 month for good results.

5Egg White

Eggs are very good for your health as they are a rich source of protein. In order to get rid of stretch marks, you need to use only the egg whites. Egg whites contain good amount of amino acids and proteins which help to remove stretch marks. What you have to do is first take two eggs and gently remove the white portion of the egg with the help of a fork. Then clean the area where you have stretch marks. Apply the layer of egg white using a makeup brush. Allow it to dry and then rinse off with cold water. After that, apply some olive oil in order to keep your skin moisturised.
