A vaginal ultrasound or a pelvic exam also allows your gynecologist to know about the enlarged or abnormal ovaries.

If there are any irregularities in the body, you have to check with your gynecologist, to pursue immediate treatment. Delaying or ignoring a symptom can cause severe health hazard.
